Accepts machine sensor telemetry in CSV, JSON, or NASA C-MAPSS format. Wide CSV format supported for any sensor configuration. File hash recorded at ingestion.
Supports CFM56-7B, V2500 engine telemetry and any industrial sensor dataset with configurable column mapping.
Compares every sensor reading against the machine's design specification baseline. Baselines defined per sensor, per parameter — not arbitrary thresholds.
Baseline sourced from your configuration. Auto-Map feature uses AI to suggest sensor column mappings from header names only — zero raw values sent.
Every deviation from baseline is classified on a five-tier severity scale: NOMINAL → ADVISORY → WARNING → CRITICAL → BREACH.
Delta calculated as both absolute and percentage deviation. All events timestamped against a cycle-anchored timeline.
Generates structured JSON evidence artifacts — diagnostic events, HUD payload, and telemetry log — with SHA-256 hash of each artifact recorded.
All artifacts written to a timestamped run directory under your Documents folder. Never overwritten.
The run manifest is sealed before the PDF is generated. SHA-256 hash covers all evidence artifacts. Any post-facto modification is mathematically detectable.
The manifest sealing is Phase 5. The PDF is Phase 6. This sequence is enforced — the report always reflects the sealed truth.
